Legal Notice

Last updated: 4 Sep 2026 · Applies to clubgre2jazz.com/ca/

1. Who publishes this site

Jazz Live Canada is the Canadian edition of a live-jazz listings guide published from Spain. The same catalogue is served in English at/ca/ and in French at /ca-fr/: the French edition is a full service, not a courtesy translation.

2. What this site is

A free guide to live jazz, soul and blues concerts in Canada. We collect what venues, promoters and ticketing platforms publish, tidy it up, and put it in one place with pages for the venues and the musicians involved.

We do not sell tickets, we do not take bookings and we are not the organiser of anything listed here. Where a listing links to a ticket seller, your contract is with them.

3. About the listings — please check before you travel

Dates, times, prices and line-ups come from third parties and change without telling us. A concert can be moved, sold out or cancelled after we publish it.

Treat this site as a starting point and confirm with the venue or the ticket seller before making plans. We take care with the catalogue and we correct what we are told about, but we cannot promise that every line is right at the moment you read it, and we are not liable for a journey made on the strength of a listing.

Found a mistake? Tell us atinfo@clubgre2jazz.com and we will fix it.

4. Text written with the help of a language model

Some descriptions of concerts, venues and musicians are drafted automatically from the source material, in English for/ca/ and in French for /ca-fr/. We say so because you should be able to tell. They can be wrong or clumsy; if one of them is about you or your venue and it is not right, write to us and we will change it.

5. Ownership and reuse

The design, the editorial texts and the way the catalogue is put together belong to GRE2JAZZ S.L.. Concert information itself is factual and we make no claim over the facts.

Photographs and discographies come from public sources — Wikipedia, Deezer, Cover Art Archive, MusicBrainz — and remain their authors' under their own licences. Venue and festival names and logos belong to their owners and appear here to identify them.

You may link to any page here. You may quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link. Systematically copying the catalogue to rebuild it elsewhere is not permitted.

6. Affiliate links

Some links to shops carry an affiliate tag, and we may earn a small commission if you buy something. It costs you nothing and it does not change what we list: no venue, promoter or shop pays to appear in the catalogue or to rank higher in it.

7. Having something corrected or removed

If a page is about you — as a musician, a venue or an organiser — you can ask us to correct it or take it down by writing toinfo@clubgre2jazz.com with the link. You do not need to give a reason. What we do with personal information, and the rights you have over it under PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

The site is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable, and we may change or withdraw parts of it. We are not liable for what you find on the sites we link to; they are other companies under their own terms.

9. Which law applies

These terms are governed by Spanish law, where the publisher is established.

That does not take anything away from you. If you are a consumer in Canada, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules where you live — including, in Quebec, the Consumer Protection Act — and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your own place of residence. A clause on a web page cannot sign those rights away, and this one does not try to.

10. Language

This site is published in full in French atclubgre2jazz.com/ca-fr/, with the same catalogue and the same legal information. Neither version is a summary of the other.

11. Changes

We update this notice when the facts change. The date at the top says when that last happened.
