Harlem Gospel Choir

The Harlem Gospel Choir is an American ensemble based in Harlem, New York, and is recognised as one of the United States' most prominent groups in the gospel genre. Their public work centres on live performance, drawing on the traditions of African-American spiritual music and contemporary gospel arrangements. The choir’s recorded output includes the album *Harlem Gospel Choir*, released in 1997. The group’s profile is documented across major music databases, including Wikipedia, MusicBrainz and Discogs, which verify their ongoing presence in the industry. Their work is primarily defined by collective vocal performance rather than individual instrumental line-ups, and they remain active within the live-music circuit.
