Arturo Sandoval is a Cuban-born, US-based trumpeter and pianist whose work sits at the intersection of Afro-Cuban music, jazz and Latin jazz. His playing is rooted in virtuosic trumpet technique, often set within rhythmically intricate Latin jazz arrangements. More recent projects include *Christmas at Notre Dame* (2018), reflecting a broader repertoire beyond his core Latin jazz output.
