Detroit-based bassist Langston Kitchen brings his big sound to the Mahogany Collective and Session, a collaborative jam featuring local musicians. Born in Detroit with Harlem roots, Kitchen has won numerous awards, including the Louis Armstrong Jazz Award and the Detroit Jazz Festival Collegiate Combo Competition.
