The festival reached its sixth year in 2026 and is organized locally in Camden, working with partners including the Mid-Coast Music Academy, Bay Chamber and the University of Maine. Beyond the two ticketed headline concerts at the Opera House, the weekend includes indoor and outdoor sets around town, cocktail-hour performances, a morning Java Jazz session, an acoustic piano pre-show reception and a performance on the wharf.
The John Scofield Trio - Scofield with Vicente Archer and Bill Stewart - headlined in 2026, alongside the Savani Latin Jazz Quartet; the edition was dedicated to the memory of composer, arranger and pianist Jim McNeely, a longtime Owls Head resident who died in the autumn of 2025. Reserved seats for the Opera House concerts were $30 in advance.
