Browsing, search and preferences.

Your browser sends connection information, including your IP address, request time, requested URL and browser details, to our hosting provider, Hostinger, to deliver and secure the website and diagnose faults. Technical records are retained for the operational and legal purposes for which they are needed.

Search runs in your browser using an index downloaded from this website. Search terms are not sent to an external search service. When you choose a country, the site stores your selection in local browser storage under “g2j_region”. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.

Your account, saved shows and membership.

If you sign in, your email address and saved-show choices are handled by the shared Club Gre2Jazz account service. You can remove a saved show in My account. Profile and membership settings are available through the central Club Gre2Jazz account. When you choose a founding membership, we process your account, membership status and transaction identifiers to deliver and administer it. Stripe processes the payment; we do not store your full card number.

Optional analytics.

If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics records page visits and clicks on ticket links in this South African edition. Analytics is not loaded before your choice. Advertising features are disabled. Ticket clicks are not recorded as purchases or commissions. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days under “g2j_za_analytics_v1”. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change it. Declining analytics leaves the gig guide available. Analytics involves Google receiving connection and usage information, which may be processed outside South Africa.

Contact and external websites.

If you email us, we use your email address and message to respond to your enquiry. Follow-up correspondence is kept while needed for that purpose and applicable record-keeping obligations. Following an external concert or ticket link takes you to the provider’s website. Its privacy information applies to the booking and data you provide there. Some ticket URLs include affiliate tracking parameters.

Questions and data requests.

Contact us to ask about your personal information, request access or a correction, or raise a privacy concern. Other rights may apply under the laws relevant to your situation. Our Spanish company’s data protection authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
